All football clubs face big funding challenges. Income is not keeping up with rising costs – insurance, utilities, repairs etc. There is much good work done to try to reduce these costs, but the funding challenge remains on how to get income to cover the running costs of the club. Club leaders work hard and want to do more than just cover the running costs. They are committed to providing the very best facilities.
This commitment costs more than the club's income and so funding is sought from the local community. There are multiple low value / high effort fundraising initiatives that clubs undertake however, the success of these activities such as bag packs always falls to the same people.
We have developed our service to help clubs fundraise so they can help provide the very best facilities and to build a strong community. We do this by running a weekly draw just for your club. This allows your members and your community to directly support your club and be in with a chance to win your club’s jackpot.
We also have a second draw just for clubs. The “Grassroots Super Draw” is a monthly draw where the prizes must be won. We enter your club into the draw and your club has a chance to win high value prizes to develop your club’s facilities and also win very special ‘Money Can’t Buy FAI Experiences’ for your club.
For less than the price of a coffee per week members can make big difference for your club and have a chance to win your club’s Jackpot. The more people that participate, the bigger the Jackpot and the more money raised for your club.
The majority of members' contributions go to your club to improve club facilities and to provide your club members' prizes. The balance goes towards the Grassroots Super Draw and the cost of all the activities related to the draws.
No, there are no risks for your club. There are no sign-up fees or recurring fees for your club. All prizes and fees are determined by the number of members and the level of participation.

For launch we will provide you with a communications plan together with materials and suggested text for all social media invites, emails, text messages and letters that are sent to your members. These can be tailored by you to deliver a specific message.
We provide you with your own dedicated web pages on our website for your members to join. We run your weekly Club Members Draw and send communications to all participants to share the results and show them what a difference their contributions are making for the club. The Grassroots Super Draw is a monthly draw for clubs in which the club can win funding prizes to be used for the development of the club’s facilities and there is also the chance for the club to win very special 'Money Can't Buy Experiences' prizes. A club must meet the Grassroots Super Draw Line Eligibility Criteria in order to be entered into the Grassroots Super Draw.
The Grassroots Super Draw Line Eligibility Criteria is achieved when a club has 50 lines or more in their Club Members Draw.
We will send you a reporting pack every month which tells you how many supporters you have, how many lines were in the draw each week and a full financial statement on all contributions received from your members.
We will also send you a full year statement each year that is designed to meet all the governance requirements for clubs.
